Seiko sang this song in Kohaku Uta Gassen 1985 as her last appeareance on TV before she went to her one year hiatus. She got married to actor: Kanda Masaki (later ex-husband) in June 1985 so she took a break from singing to focus on her marriage and prepared for childbirth. During the hiatus, she still worked behind the scene such as wrote her autobiography under a pseudonym and wrote song for Okada Yukiko. Seiko gave birth to her daughter: Kanda Sayaka in October 1986 and returned to singing. Her appeareance in Kohaku Uta Gassen 1986 marked her return on TV for the first time after a year, followed by the release of her single: "Strawberry Time" in 1987 which continued the string of her Oricon #1 ranked songs.

The song is about the conversation between the girl and the angel who helps her with her relationship issue. The song ends in happy ending that she wears white dress (end up in marriage), and then the lyrics go back to the flashback when she talked to the angel again.
