Normally if you don't have acces to that old email adress you can't reset pasword either ... a thing that brings me to the thought and question on why the site hasn't a more strong recovery method like an second email adress for ex ... If people are loosin acces to the old email they'd get acces with their second ... An implementation worth mentioning . Hope @lt takes it in consideration
It says you had access to your old account as of May 2020. Your current one was created in 2014, the original in 2011. Why were you accessing two accounts at the same time? Whether you regain access of the old one, both accounts will be merged, one of them has to go. No one is allowed to have more than one account.
I don't know that rules before , yes after May 2020 I lost my account and my computer has a virus everything damaged after May 2020 in my accounts and computer I created two account before yes but I dont know it is not allowed

No . It means prolly that all the songs from one profile will be merged to the another one . No translations will be lost I think. Still the recovery method remains a problem on the site ... smh or maybe there s one that I am not even aware of .. If not .. it kinda is a big problem that would need attention
Likely your previous one. No, nothing will be lost. Admins can manually merge/move content from account A to account B in these cases. You'll likely get the points that were attached to your former account.
