To elaborate: the official page for that group consist entirely of cyrillic letters (except for "http://", but there is no "www." to begin with). The field doesn't accept cyrillic letters.
Normally it can be worked around by percent-encoding, but the closest approximation added a www. to the page ( http://www.комитет-охраны-тепла.рф/ ) which doesn't redirect to http://комитет-охраны-тепла.рф/
I'm not sure if it's technically a bug of the browser or the protocol for URLs (whatever is that)
The funny thing is that that URL was already entered as "Official site:", but I edited the page to latinise the name, and since then I couldn't reinsert the URL again.
I guess the restriction is in place to avoid phising, but is there a way to not forbid this kind of URLs?
...what? You can put that URL in when recreating the page, but I can't save it when I edit the old one?
This is weirder than I thought. o_o
