This song was released in September 25, 1979 as her seventh single. It reached #24 in Oricon chart, but don't judge it just based on that since this was said to be her second biggest hit song.This is also her Kohaku song.

 

Ishino Mako sang this song when she performed in Kohaku Uta Gassen 1979



^ "Julie" in the lyrics referred to the nickname of Sawada Kenji (1:20), the famous male singer who was also there in Kohaku. There's a funny scene in (1:27) when Mako made her gun gesture to "shoot" 👉 Julie, it's not only her but the entire team "Red" members also "shot" him with their fingers and Julie "parried" their "bullets".

Please remove them from here, specially because meaning is clear - making it redundant to have emoji representing the finger gun and the whistling. Thanks for understanding. It's only for the first stanza. The second stanza is different.
It should be:

Between me and the moderator, I can explain to him or talk it out, that's not the main issue here. You're not a moderator, so don't act like one. 

The main issue is a control freak who can't take "no" as an answer, his / her fragile self esteem get offended so much by rejection of a total internet stranger that he/she get obssessed about it for weeks and keep stalking the person who rejects him/her. Emojis or whatever are just excuses made for stalking attempt.

You want respect? Respect is earned, not demanded. I don't respect you whether you like it or not. Stalker deserves no respect.

Now talking seriously, in Argentina there's a saying called "che, no da". It's used as a "friendly" way to tell someone that what he's doing it's not appropriate.

Retro could be too stubborn for accepting suggestions and even fighting them back like she did on her Sonoko Kawai translation of 悲しい夜を止めて, or not having enough knowledge about japanese culture like in 微笑がえし. But mentioning her menopause (or her period), that's a ひどい仕打ち. So, apologize for that.

And if Retro doesn't want to be more humble in accepting corrections, worse for her. Moderators know what to do, bearing in mind that they told Retro to not use multiple accounts.
