Meer sein (영어 번역)

Be a sea

Versions: #1#2
You want to say something, but it's useless
because no one is listening and no one onderstands you
as if you're stuck in quarantine, completely isolated
And not accepted and ignored by the world outside
you go outside and think it's impossible
still there are people standing around you
they're like you
and you were thinking again
that your hands were tied
but this time you found your knife
what's holding you back is fading away
together we make everything possible
we could be more than just a word
'cause 'we' can be more than just a word
there's land in sight
we've searched it for long time
We could be a lot more
let's be a sea
and everything would be nothing
if we hadn't found each other
we should be so much more
let's be a sea
be a sea
be a sea
let us say what we have to say
let's not keep quiet when we can no longer bear it
we're the clock that's always ticking
and it doesn't matter to whom it's disturbing
we'll continue until the entire city hears us
we're like drops but we're not alone
we make holes in the hottest stones
we make the things move that were in dust for a long time
even when you say it's impossible

'Meer' means 'sea' but a word with the same pronunciation is 'mehr' which means 'more'
so you can interpretate the lyrics in different ways
