I will keep on (fulfilling thy call)

Let me try to explain and according to the context, you might have some other suggestion. Well, the person asks God to lead him to all the nations (countries, places on the globe), and as soon as he arrives there he will not be silent before all those people speaking ill of God (...), which means the "pressure" mentioned in the song, he does not care about that, and will preach the word with or without that 'pressure'.
So... that's why I thought "shut me up" (which, according to you, it would be 'shut myself up') would be a good expression for that. What you think? Any ideas or keeps the same?
Thank you very much for your precious help!
Ohh I see now :) so it has the idea of not giving up.
I'm reminded of the expression 'to crumble under pressure' which has the idea of giving up, surrendering: 'I will not crumble under the pressure...'
Or if you want a more literal translation you could use 'I will not be silent/ quiet/ be silenced before the pressure'
I think 'shut myself/me up' doesn't quite fit with the tone of the rest of the song if you know what I mean, it's a bit colloquial...
I translated some words, like your, you, in an archaic way because the song uses such words in its lyrics, it provides a sort of musicality to it. I hope everybody can understand it :)
