1 - I have checked on the Internet and I have found that it could be expressed both ways, but it’s a good idea to change it, not to have the same title for both translations. It’s now exactly the way I did it earlier in my Polish translation.
2 - I agree that in the original you don’t have “all five senses” so I shouldn’t have wrote “todos”. I did it to express that he was totally drunk - we have only five senses and he lost all of them. In fact it’s not needed, but I decided to write now “He perdido todos los sentidos”.
3 - it was literal (and too literal); already corrected.
4 - my mistake - I meant “perdidas”.
5 - it was no correctly translated, no wonder you objected - my suggestion (I used it now):
“Pero la samaritana del corazón afligido, afligido, nadó a través de las nubes de nicotina y intercambiamos la respiración artificial” - still I wonder - perhaps it would be better to write “corazón roto” as in the first version (I don’t feel how it sounds in Spanish)?
I hope now it makes sense.
7 - “desarollo” seems to be a literal translation of “development”’; I haven’t used it ‘cause I was not sure if it fits here, so I did it in a circular way.
8 - I deleted and I also changed “ese” to “el”. Should be OK.

To be honest I have to tell you that, even if for me it was a ridiculous idea to try to translate this song into Spanish, I enjoyed this work very much and yes, I had a lot of fun. It was not a very clever idea to translate it, but it was you, who provoked me to have a try. If you don’t remember what I mean, let me quote you your own words: “¡Buena suerte, Aldefina; has emprendido un trabajo difícil!” - it was because of my comment where I wrote, that “I hope that one day I will make my own translation” (I already deleted this comment, ‘cause it’s not needed anymore). So I started, even though I had no intention at that time, thinking maybe a year later, and here we are! Looks like it’s done, but well, some corrections and changes are of course still needed.

But I promise you: Next time I will not touch such difficult lyrics. It took me a lot of time and work to finish it.

I was only very surprised that for you this translation did not make much sense. To the first version a wrote a “book” where I explained everything that was not clearly expressed and not easy to understand in English. What I have done was to translate these “new” English lyrics.

So let me ask you first if you still don't understand the original lyrics after reading my “book”. Do you know what is it all about and what is the sense of this song? If not then, I will describe shortly the whole story and the sense of it.

Maybe I didn’t properly expressed everything in Spanish. At the moment I don’t know. In this case there are more corrections needed.
I will write my explanations after getting your answer.

Anyway, I was surprised when I saw your corrections. I expected much, much more.
