Linkin Park is not a supergroup since all the members started their musical career in this band. And as far as I know, none of these members has been in other band after/during LP.

Oh then maybe SixxA.M. isn't either. A member from Motley Crüe named Nikki Sixx founded the group or formed the group Six.A.M

First formed in November 1970 as Festfolk in Göteborg. The group did not officially form until 1972, when they start recording their first album and single as Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid (Frida), in Stockholm, before the band name was changed to ABBA, two years later.
