"Faites vous encore quelques rêves; Vous êtes vu" --> "Do you ever make dreams?; You are watched"
It's "Faites-vous encore quelques rêves ? Vous êtes vous endormi dessus ?."
A pun that could be translated as "Do you still have some (childhood) dreams? Or did you put them all to sleep?"
As usual, the author makes a world weary song about childhood and growing up. The magic future a kid may dream of, opposed to the boring sad reality of what really happens.
Something we also find in : "Combien avez-vous pu faire d’enfants, De divorces et d’enterrements ?" ("how many children did you have? how many divorces and funerals?")
Growing up means the joy of becoming a parent (sometimes), but it also means the love fading away fater marriage (often), the slow but constant disappearance of the loved ones (always).
And finally in this lyric : "Êtes-vous content de votre sort ? Se verra-t-on au bar des sports?"
In the first line, Miossec wonders what was the fate, the destiny of his old friends. A thought that could seem deep and almost metaphysical.
In the second line, he evoke the possibility that they could meet in the "sportsmen bar". An idea that on the contrary evokes the daily routine, a mediocre life. At least in french, the "sportsmen bar" is a terribly mundane name, and it doesn't evoke a place for sportsmen but a place where people bait on horse racing and drink because they have nothing better to do.
But then again, Miossec is not totally cynical. As much as he refuses the naivety of a pink colored childhood, he doesn't reject the life as it is : not as grand as hoped, but not that bad after all. This is at least my interpretation.
There are some mistakes in the French lyrics...

Encore
