The Little Hills Have Eyes

The sky above is so blue
The river ends in streams
Ours connects to you
They cannot understand

What made you go away?
What made you go away?

The little hills have eyes
That saw our love in bloom
I wanna tell them lies
Pretend that you'll return

What made you go away?
What made you go away?

The sun shines, the people
Work and play
They do not feel my sorrow
I need you so
Need you so

I live alone and pray
To this one hope I cling
That you'll come back one day
And then the hills will sing

Our love is here to stay
Our love here to stay

The sun shines, the people
Work and play
They do not feel my sorrow
I need you so
Need you so

Per your request here are the only errors in your translation:

The reverend strings > The river ends in streams
Are asking next to you > Ours connects to you

I live alone in pray > I live alone and pray

That you'll comeback one day > that you'll come back one day

Thought the part where he says : who we're come and play could be wrong.

Thank you!

to tell the truth, I can't understand what he says there, maybe he says
"who would come and play"

I have made some further modifications.
NB I changed “The reverend strings” which doesn’t make sense but I still feel that “The river ends in streams” is not exactly what is being sung (compare the original version in the related section which mentions a river). If anyone has a better grasp...

It really does sound like "the river ends in streams, ours connects to you." And it makes sense. "The reverend strings" makes no sense. Sorry.

Sorry, it was autocorrected by my phone and didn't notice it until MichaelNa pointed it out.

The only riddle to solve is the phrase.that MichaelNa modified for "Work and play"

I know I'm a Latin man and should understand his English but it is really hard due to his accent and mispronounces the words.

Actually, the other link I sent you via PM is another song I could barely understand some words, his English is so awkward.

Update:

He looks actually like he is saying "Oh, they work and play".

Sorry to contradict you but "oh, they" is definitely nonexistent in the phrase "the people work and play", in both instances.
