the word "genadzvale" even made it into Russian, apparently:

So this must be Georgian. Or at least some phonetic approximation of it.
Then, based on the writing it should be:

Yeah, that's definitely Georgian! Gogiya is a Georgian family name https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%93%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B8%D1%8F and "genatsvale" is, as said by the other members, a Georgian expression of sympathy.
So it's just these two words I can't verify then:
Schandaúre = შანდურე (?)
Kamar = ქამარ (?)1
i'm pretty sure it's gamar not kamar
since gamarjoba genatsvalle
