The convention in English is to capitalize every noun in a title. This is normal English spelling, I see no reason to change it.

Maybe fix it anyway? This site is international. International laws have more legal effect, than national laws.

As far as I know, there are no international laws dealing with the capitalization of song titles.
There are, however, spelling conventions specific to each language.
The ones dealing with English song titles can be found here, for instance.
I see no reason to purposely violate these rules, no more than removing all capitals from German nouns, for instance.

Seriously though, it's just the way English is written. Seeming conspicuous is not a valid reason to change it.
