I think the song wasn't transcribed by a native speaker so it can contain errors. I found the lyrics at some Russian forum: https://reibert.info/threads/nemeckaja-tancevalnaja-muzyka-30-40-gg.232976/. I couldn't find any other source. Maybe some German native speaker will have a look at it. I corrected "der".

Tell you what, I'll transcribe the full song (it has more stanzas) if in return you tell me what drew you to it) Your source "some Russian forum" is interesting. Because you see, in addition to being a native German speaker, a former German AND English teacher not to mention having earned my degree in literature, this is my 1st translation on here so if it's important to you I'll get on it ASAP)
And the title should be "Das Lied von den Sommersprossen"
Ok... After a little searching online, it turns out there are two versions -one with a whole tiger/leopardess love story and one without. A couple of close listens also revealed it's "Hab' im Herz geschlossen, Nur Deine Sommersprossen" which makes more sense... I tweaked the rest a little too... funny song)
These are the lines that were missing (the translation is in already):
Der Tiger schleicht im Dschungel
Zur Leopardin hin
Doch macht er das im Dunkeln
Sonst merkt's vielleicht die Tigerin
Und sieht da ihre Tupfen
So ist er halb-verrueckt
Sein Herz beginnt zu hupfen
Und er ruft ganz entzueckt:
"Es ist ja zwar gesprungen wie gehuepft
Doch lange nicht gestreift wie getupft
and then there's just a repeat
