- 1. The lyrics are Mexican, so "calzón" has it's Mexican meaning, not what it means in Spain

I don't like "s'invite" for "se cuela"; Maybe "s'infiltre" is a bit strange in context. I'll make it "s'insinue".
"sauter les dents": vuelan is ambiguous - perhaps as the singer was famous (and formally decorated) for advancing Mexican films and lyrics and music and spreading them through the world we have to realise that the meaning of "volar" could well be "steal" here. But that doesn't really matter, because stealing teeth probably involves knocking them out anyway, so sauter will work; but "ça" certainly won't in that phrase- it's not the statement he doesn't make that could knock his teeth out, it's the people who would take offense at it, so it had better be "on" if we use "faire sauter" - I tried to avoid the issue by simply saying that he would soon have no teeth, but that wasn't really any good either and your comment helped me realise that.
Tant qu'il y a moyen: can't be "il y a" because the Spanish very clearly says "as long as he [Don Pancho] has means" not "as long as there are means".
I agree with the rest of your comments, with a few minor twists.
