Un piccolo suggerimento. Non sono molto pratico di questo linguaggio, ma credo che "bien pampiano" si possa interpretare come come "muy pampiano". In spagnolo a volte si usa "bien" in questo senso (come pure in francese).
Allora la traduzione poterbbe essere: vestiti come me, da vero uomo della pampa.
