Moshe,
a couple of small corrections suggestions:
1. In the last line of the chorus: it's "my" love, not "our" love. Also, I'm not sure about the "last" love. It is more "in the end I love you"
2. In the lines
אז מי שולט
הזמן הוא כתב חידה
the meaning is a bit different: "So, who can control that/ The time is a puzzle".

"Who controls the time" would have been: אז מי שולט בזמן

Also please use your editorial powers to make a small correction in the original:
כבר - והאמת כבר כבר מטושטשת should be doubled - that's what they are singing anyway to maintain the rhythm.

הזמן הוא כתב חידה - time, it's the writing of a puzzle.. time, it's the author of a puzzle?

That's my understanding anyway... not sure about the last ואת אהבתי בסוף. as the seem to be singing ata not et...so i think they are saying you are my last love... so as fixed (thank you) seems ok.

I always find Shlomo Artzi lyrics challenging. [@IsraelWU] can you lend a hand please to points 1c and #2.

הזמן הוא כתב חידה can be both 1.The time is a writer of puzzles (cryptographer) and 2. The time is a puzzle (cryptogram)

So כְּתָב חידה is a puzzle, a puzzle script, a written puzzle. i don't know. It's a puzzle :-)
Let see what Israel has to say.

i think the last ואת אהבתי בסוף is just a pronunciation choice.. G-d is often refereed too in the female or male form.

That very well could be the case generally. But to perform the "gender reassignment" in the middle of a song from one line to the next?
Hard to believe. Especially because melodically "אתה" fits in. I've spent some time trying to find published lyrics with "אתה". So far, everywhere I looked it is "את".

I quick google search finds lots of hits for כתבי חידה - so puzzles that are written, pictured, etc.
so time is a written puzzle - which really makes no sense to me :-) but i'll go with it!

so thinking about it more.. to G-d it's written, to us it's a puzzle... maybe that is the idea.

and you (f) are my love in the end/when all is said. It's as if he puts the two obvious facts as equivalent one to another (perhaps not in their importance but in their obviousness)

אז מי שולט (, probably?). I think that the whole text was transcribed from hearing,
הזמן הוא כתב חידה (the time is a riddle)

כתב חידה
is an often used combination (on TV shows, in fable stories etc.) No need to check, here it's not a verb, it's definitely the script/text/"body" of the riddle.
