I can't read Yiddish, but the lyrics in the song here do not match with the transliteration.

Oh, I got it from the antiwarsongs page, thought it was correct...
So is the Hebrew script wrong or the transliteration?

It's not Hebrew, it's Yiddish. I looked at the translation source and it's about half a dozen translations there.
They are quite different and very crudely translated. I don't know the language, but the song and transliteration sounds different. When I was a child and that was a lifetime ago, I used to understand Yiddish. There are so many different dialects of it. It's all depends where you come from.

Yiddish is mostly based on German, so if it is written in Latin alphabet I can understand most of it. But I cannot read the Hebrew letters, so I cannot tell if the transliteration is way off. I will ask a fellow moderator here on LT who is from Israel what he thinks about the transliteration.
