I would like to give four stars for this good translation, but I’m sorry, there’s a missing line and a few little flaws that I’ll try to correct, if you like.
However, nothing strange that I may change my mind about my rating

engañado > ingannato
The most usual translation would be “imbrogliato”. But for love affairs “ingannato” is much better. “Truffato” is used mostly for illegal actions.

Si acaso > Se (nel caso che) ne fossi sicuro
me arrancaría la vida > mi toglierei la vita (the missing line)

soportarlo > sopportarlo (double P)

di (que todo es mentira) > dì (imperative)

mentira > bugia (simple G)

que me sigues queriendo > che continui ad amarmi
todavía > ancora
