I leave you some corrections as regards tenses and naturality, mostly.

she sings to me --- she sang to me ("cantaba" is past tense).
and she gives me heart --- and she gave me her heart (Again, "me dio" is past tense and also possesives like "her heart" are natural in English)
Together we know happiness --- Together we knew happiness ("Conocimos" is past tense).
together we know love --- together we knew love (Same as above).
we never know what is crying --- we never knew what is crying (Same).
because we both know love --- because we both knew love (Same).
We get married --- Be careful with this one, you wrote "nos casamos" but the lyrics say "nos cansamos". Which one is correct?
and the moon of honey passes --- and the honey moon was over ("honey moon" is more natural and "pasó" is past tense).
when she sings our song --- when singing our song (Here it's singing because both of them were singing their song).
Al pasar el tiempo --- As time went by (more natural).
we both live... --- we'll both live (There's future tense here).
And when we seem a kid... --- And when we see (small typo in "see").
we will teach him what is love --- we teach him what is love (Present tense because it's what we always do).
and we will sing our song --- and we sing our song (Same as above).
