I think this one is:
"And once again, wakes me up,
the soft sound of your words."
The singer is saying that she's being woken up by the other's words.

I think that with "inquieta", she means "restless" or "unquiet". "Inquieto" means Anxious or Worried, but it also means that something moves a lot.

I think it means "And again I'll kiss you, like this woman kisses you"
or better: "And again I'll kiss you, like this woman does."
