"The le pighe di un cielo ancora più blu" would literally translate as "in the folds of even a bluer sky/heaven" which I understand as "in my best light [for you]", or even more precisely "in a better light than the one you've ever seen me in". Yet I'm not sure if that's what it really means, and to be honest, translating it just as "in my best light" for the sake of the purely poetic phrase in Italian sounds too harsh to me, so I'd be really grateful if someone can come up with a better translation of it. Thanks.

I'm wondering if "heaven" instead of" sky" would be better to translate" cielo".
It seems to me that the author is talking to someone that has passed away ( e.g: cielo, ho litigato con Dio, non so più a chi credere )

I agree with your suggestion. Yet, from what I read about the song in the news, the lyrics are pretty much about a letter to someone who probably won't have the opportunity to read it, which doesn't necessarily imply someone who has passed away – then there would be no way for them to read it. Except, of course, if one believes that the ghost/spirit of the person who's passed away can actually see it and thus read it. I'll add your suggestion, but still leave the translation as it is. Thanks! :)

The text did not imply to me that it was written to someone who has passed away. The addressee may also be a person with whom the connection has turned the worst, or from whom an answer is not expected.
I translated the line in question to Hungarian like "Would you listen to me if we just start a new page?"
But of course all these interpretations can be valid.
