Great thanks! I've corrected my schoolboy shaming errors ;)
I have changed that line where "à les" was found as I realised I'd misinterpreted it. It now reads:
Et penses-tu aux mémoires que j'occupe
ie - do you find yourself pondering those thoughts where I can be found
Does that work ok?
/edit - I see you've addressed this now thanks :)
The Darkness are of course a sort of comedy band so the lyrics are often deliberately clumsy or corny. But as is so often the case they send up heavy rock so well that it can be hard to tell the difference between them and another band being serious.
Try "I believe in a thing called love" - that opening riff is every bit as good as an AC/DC one :)
I've got "Et passes-tu du temps à repenser à moi " at the moment which seems...ok I think?
But I'd trust you on what sounds best...
Note that the English isn't quite as dumb as it pretends to be - it's no accident that he's used 'dwell' and then 'occupy' in the same phrase. It's kind of faux-stupid. ;)

So, maybe I would be better to lose all the articles for snappiness. I wonder though if "la danse vendredi soir" is ok or does it need to be "le vendredi soir"?
