It is related to history , people pretending this and that , and also it states clear that it is ours to be shared and it'll be from generation to generation ...
Barbaro - did you watch the music video? It's clear that the text about Moldavia which you're referring to is NOT part of the lyrics of the song, but rather, is spoken by a regal figure in a historical drama which has been appended to the beginning of the actual music video - very often, rulers inherited, through marriage or conquest, lands or territories from which they themselves did not originate; and it seems, in this film clip, that he is sort of saying that he is not claiming ownership of his titular lands, but is instead bequeathing them forever to his subjects - but not exclusively to those presently living there, (as the "last generation") but always to future generations, so that they will be good stewards, and pass on what they've been given in as good or a better condtion than they received it... cf. the scenes of forest being clear-cut, and then new saplings being planted, later on in the music video
(Does anyone know what film that opening clip is taken from?)

What does it mean by what it says about Moldavia?
