No i don't speak Japanese and i considered it to be enough just not to translate it. The main parts of this song are the persian ones which i translated completely, the Japanese part is just a rather irrelevant part of the musicvideo and the english part is no normally spoken art of english and i translated the most important lines of this minor part
It's a quite normal kind of English in this music genre I think.
So the problem is that you don't understand the English? It's a bit difficult, that's right, I have problems understanding all of it myself.
Well, we have the policy here to delete incomplete translations. But since at least most of this is translated it's okay.
So, here is a translation of that "english" part into proper english: https://lyricstranslate.com/en/forum/english-slang

You left out the Japanese and some English lines. Would you please at least translate the English ones?
I guess you don't speak Japanese? Then please ask in the forum or at least write in the author's comment that you didn't translate it and don't just leave it away uncommented.
I know a bit Japanese, I tried a translation (no guarantee):
"Heute, sehr geehrte Leute aus Okioshi (?),
Lassen Arash und Chagii euch ihr allerneustes Lied "Don-Ya" hören. Hier ist es!"
I don't know what "okioshi" means.
