Pending moderation
Avem un cântec jumătate în română, jumătate în engleză. Cei care au auzul fin sunt invitați să contribuie la descifrarea acestui misterios cântec. :P

This is the best I could do. Not every English word is pronounced clearly and correctly, and the English is not 100% idiomatic, so sometimes I had to guess a bit. "And lay you right here" and "Now let us sail a boat" are the two places where I'm least certain.

- I don't understand,I suppose it should be "that" or "and" ,but it seems like she only pronounces a kind of "a" and not an entire word (or maybe one we don't know :-( )

In the last part, you forgot "float"

Now, I'm going to do what's asked in the song : sleep and dream :-)
Well, as we seem to agree on " sail a boat" and "lay you right here", it's probably right...
For "afloat", I didn't know the word, just as for strife...
I've listened again and fulicasenia's version is the most correct one :-)
for the first question mark, 'bine' was my guess too, but since I only listen to manele, that's probably the only romanian word I know that sounds anything like that :)
