So, as for the first verse which is the first two lines:
(Seletullah selemullah x2
alejke a habib allah)
That's indeed Arabic, and here's the text for it:
صلاة الله سلام الله
عليك يا رسول الله
عليك يا حبيب الله
There are two missing lines after, which I found on the link below. They are the ones that say:
ilmini nallut
ante mali
That doesn't sound like Arabic at all. While it also doesn't at all look like Turkish to me either, GT suggests it. Also, the Arabic part isn't from the Quran, so I don't know what the lyrics/submitter are referring to here.
I feel some Albanian is missing/weird.. Of course I don't know anything about the language, but just from listening and looking at this source:
