Pending moderation
Not sure if this is just me/a recent thing at all, but it seems like sometimes changes saved on this site revert back randomly to previous versions. This happens to posted lyrics (which reverted back after clicking "save"), translations (same thing happened to me here, and also possibly anecdotal but - another person also left me a comment saying they edited their translation but it remained exactly the same, so perhaps it happened to them too), and now my status as well. (After changing it it appeared as the new status fine - but now it's back to what it was before). It seems like it takes saving more than once to get a change to stick.
Does anyone else experience this? Is it a known bug?
Do you by chance keep multiple sessions of LT open? I had this happen and avoid this now.
Wah, that could be it! Sometimes I have more than one tab open. Did only having one tab open at any one time fix the problem for you completely? I'll try that too, then ^^
If you see that happening, try refreshing/reloading the page: more than likely you are reading a cached page.
Doesn't work for me, but thank you for the tip! ^^ For me, it reverts after the page refreshes itself and remains that way until edited again no matter how much I reload it or what browser I use.
