譜 is always うた instead of 歌
In Japanese this usually is pronounced "Ai" but here the German word ? "Liebe" is used.
Both mean love
In Japanese this is "Meiyo" however the German word "Ehre" is used.
Both mean honor
In Japanese this is "Tamashii" however the German word "Seele" word is used.
Both mean Soul.
In Japanese this is "Namida" However the German word "Träne" Is used.
Both mean Tear

That's because of something called 儀訓 it's something Japanese artist like using where they will pronounce a a kanji differently
Here are some examples 宇宙 pronounced as 空
希望 pronounced as 光
明日 pronounced as 未来
And 灰色 pronounced as モノクロ
Usually the means are rather similar.
It's usually only in songs and manga.
This song contains some Kanji pronounced using German words like 愛 being pronounced Liebe
