What language are these lyrics in?

Yello - Pumping Velvet

https://youtu.be/hXyU1uM-RR4

Dynamite

Putz karam sheoba kitsch daboum
Waiting for the lady in the red balloon
Putz dada sheoba sleik dabich
Looking for a groove she stares at me, that witch

Dynamite

Poud karoud sheoba diba duglak
Leather and lace, she's wearing black
Poud karoub sheoba diba diboum
Believe it or not, she doesn't know my name

Dynamite

Putz karam sheoba kitsch daboum
Putz dada sheoba sleik dabich
Poud karoub sheoba tipa ziglack
Poud karoub sheoba dib diboum
Putz karam sheoba kitsch daboum

She's spinning circles around my balloon
Putz karam sheoba kitsch daboum
She's dynamite the lady and that's unfair
I'm stuck in my balloon, stuck in the air

Couldn't find entries for isolate words anywhere, though 'Sheoba' seems to be a municipality in North Macedonia, 'putz' is a Portuguese interjection and 'kitsch' is a word in English. It seems just to be gibberish, no real meaning intended.

Yello love to put weird sounds in their songs. Many of their lyrics are nonsensical.
They rather use the singer's voice as an instrument.
Bananas to the beat is a good (and funny) example Regular smile

It doesn't look like Haitian Creole, at least not based in the translations into that language that have been already added. What makes you think so?
