Hey, please could someone help me identifying this only song?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G256o4Gvr5Q

the problem is in that time, between 1985 and 1995 I do not know English, and I cannot remember
the lyrics of the song, only in certain way just part of the music.
I know is hard, just someone who listened it, maybe can help me.
It's a tropical, song; not rock, even not salsa, not merengue.
I guess is from some Caribbean island.

It sounded very similar to a kind of slow soca.
And I guess it was sang in English, not my native Spanish.
Please. TAKE NOTICE:
"vaya bombo" is not the title of the song; is a kind of tarareo " humming" of the song
because at that time: plus 20 years or more I didn't know enough English for
decipher the lyrics.
Thanks in advance.

I have one method, for identifying unknown tracks of music: I upload them to hearthis or to youtube...
then the software that identify the tracks for copyright purposes at 5 minutes or less send me
a mail with the performer, author and name of the track, song, etc.

This time, so I don't have a recording of the song I must to use a tarareo...
I have not received any mail notifying me about that song.
I already added more info, for example: "vaya bombo" it was not the name of the song,
it's just a "re-constructed" word in a time when I do not know enough knowledge
of the English language.
In San Andrés Islas, Colombia, the native language is the English, even the Spanish.
If my memory doesn't fail, I guess it was from that place, but even so, I know it's hard to find!

Hi, Felix. If it's a rumba from Colombia then you should look for Cumbia. Why don't you look it up as a clue? :)

No, Sandring.
Rumba in Colombia is: have a fun in a party, un festejo, un baile, una rumb

In Spain and sometimes in other context the rumba is a musical genre:

Your suggestions are very near to the rumbas flamencas, specially the rumbas catalanas.
It's not cumbia, niether rumba.

La canción claramente dice "vaya bombo" or "bombón".

por no saberlo hace ya unos 20 asño más o menos; no logro recordar la letra en Inglés;

Maybe in the Jamaican English the transcription could be: wine yuh bum-boom, tiny winey.
