***らしい is used when something is the way it's supposed to be, or when something is fitting to the characteristics of the subject. 男らしい = manly, masculine, etc. 女らしい = girly, feminine, etc. あなたらしい = true to who you are

~けりゃ is a contraction of ~ければ. 自分らしければ can be roughly translated to "If I stay true to myself" or "As long as I am being myself".
