At the airport

I am now again getting to Terminal C through the cold rain
And the coffee in my hand has cooled down and it is getting desperately late

When we are rushing, I know that
Only moments are left for us to be together, to be together
We have little time left
Because what we hear is: "final call, final call"

...
We only see each other at the airport
...
I am flying away and you are staying here

It is easier to breathe when distant roads are waiting for us
But you can find the balance when someone is waiting for you at home

Everything starts and comes to an end again
When what is heard is: "final call, final call"
We fly away from here
And this our "final call, final call"

...
We only see each other at the airport
...
I am flying away and you are staying here
...
We only see each other at the airport
...
When you are flying away, I am staying here

And this way, we circle
Around, over the sky
Airports are about to
Become our home

When you are in the south
I am going north
We will become strangers
While we rush around

...
...
I am flying away and you are staying here
...
We only see each other at the airport
...
We only see each other at the airport

Hello

You haven't requested proofreading but I am still going to talk.
1) Kui tormame, siis tean,
tean = I know (tead = you know)
2) On kergem hingata kui ootavad meid kauged teed
kergem = easier, lighter (raskem = harder)
3) Kuid tasakaalu leida saad kui kodus keegi ootab ees
ootab (ees) = is waiting (otsib = is looking for)
4) Ja nii me teeme
Üle taeva tiire
With this part you have become quite creative. It sounds very good.
5) Me koduks saamas
On lennujaamad
The verb 'olema' + ma-infinitive+s (inessive ending) is the closest thing Estonian has for progressive aspect. [The same with 'kõlamas', 'to resound' is probs the closest translation. Noun 'kõla' is the tonal character of sound, btw, 'sonance' or sth like that. If sound had taste, it would be called 'kõla' XD.]
So, Airports are about to become [or are becoming] our home.
(on saanud = have become)
6) Me võõraks jääme
Kui meil on kiire
'Jääma' is like German 'bleiben',
This here is either a) we will become strangers or b) we will stay strangers. Probably a).
(I'm sure you considered translating it as 'if', so let's just skip it.)
I think you got a bit creative in your translation (the original is quite bland or plain).
When we are busy/ in a hurry. (We don't really have a good equivalent for busy :( )
But yours works great.

Anyway, all things considered: Great job!! *applause*
Point 3 makes me think that you might have learnt Estonian...

Thank you so much for the feedback!!! I'm going to correct the translation accordingly! :)
Yeah, I started learning Estonian a while ago, and it is really amazing to be proofread by a native!
Have a great day!
