Upuan(Chair) refers to political seat/power.
*Po is a filler in Filipino used to imply respect/politeness. But in this song, it's used sarcastically. It's like how some people would use sir/ma'am to feign respectfulness in an obvious way.
**Tao po? (roughly: Anybody home?) - before entering a home, knocking on doors is politely accompanied by this formal address. This simply calls on somebody to answer and open the door. It may have come from "May tao po?" meaning "Is there anybody here?". Tao means human.

** "Bato bato sa langit.. " (literally: Stone, stone in the sky...) is a popular Filipino idiom. Stone is used as a metaphor for a certain statement that is often biting.
