Перевод
A moment on Earth
I saw how we were stars,
That had landed in the sea
When we took the first steps
From the oceans
It came to me that time
As we waded forward through the water
I laid down on the ground
And thanked the heavens for
That we got to step on land
That we got to feel the sand
Now we can say
That we've been on Earth
Yes, I was there
How wonderful was that
How wonderful wasn't that
I was close, I was close
I was close, I was there
A moment on Earth
A moment on Earth
I was close, I was close
I was close, I was there
A moment on Earth, a moment on Earth
I defeated the mountains
I separated the oceans
I was the strongest one of us
But yet the weakest
I had to hold your hand
When you had to leave your dreams
And after a time, you recovered
I got to see you thank life
Despite everything
Now we can say
That we've been on Earth
Say, I was there
How wonderful was that
How wonderful wasn't that
I was close, I was close
I was close, I was there
A moment on Earth
A moment on Earth
I was close, I was close
I was close, I was there
A moment on Earth, a moment on Earth
A moment on Earth
I was there
A moment on Earth
A moment on Earth
On Earth

There was a translation of this already, but I wanted to translate the feelings it gives me, and the way I interpret it. There are no big changes. Please note that stund doesn't really mean "moment" it's closer to "a while", really, but "a while on Earth" sounds too negative too me, too drawn-out.
