Pending moderation

I'm talking about 秋山黄色. There are currently two pages for him, Akiyama Kiiro (has name in original language) and Kiro Akiyama (doesn't have name in original language). I never knew the Kiro Akiyama page existed so I kept on updating the Akiyama Kiiro one. Is there any way to do something about this?
