Your eyes

If I look at myself in a mirror I look a bit like your bed
Almost always messy like when I'm at home
Some friends bet on how long it would have taken me
To really leave, and to be able to tell you goodbye for real

Because I have dreams so much bigger than my heart
And your eyes so much bigger than hunger
And I needed to go, even if I didn't know where
And now you will be making me out to be the villain
Because I'm not able to give you a bit of love
I couldn't have done any worse than this

And now I'm dreading the fact there's already someone else inside of your bed
The drug that I gave you is wearing off
Lying down on the floor, thinking about all the pain I caused you
I have an arrow inside my chest, all of the pain has come back to me

Because my eyes are so much blinder than my heart
And I have never been able to see love
I would say "I'm sorry" over and over again
Until it loses its meaning
And your eyes were bigger than hunger
And I've made you lose your appetite a bit
Because I'm not able to give you a bit of love
I couldn't have done any worse than this

The translation in general is brilliant. Nonetheless, I see some mistranslations and some mistakes due to distraction, I reckon. Let me help you:

● The translation of "avrà scommesso" makes me understand that you don't know why the future is used here.
In Italian, the future is used for future events, but also to show uncertainty about something, like a wild guess. Obviously no one knows the future for certain, but the singer is 80% sure that "some friends bet on how long it would have taken me".

● In "And I needed to go too" the "too" is superfluous. I think you've been tricked by that "anche", but "anche se" is a single expression meaning "even if".

● I think the sentence "Che ti sia sceso l'effetto della droga che ti davo io" doesn't have the same meaning as your translation. When the effect "scende" (strange use of this verb in this context, but still understandable) means that the effect of the drug he gave her is getting weaker, meaning that she's starting to be more clear-headed.

● "Pavimento"-> "floor". This is a false friend. A "pavement" in Italian is a "marciapiede".

Have a good day, cheers.
