Withowt dyscord

Withowt dyscord
And bothe acorde
Now let us be;
Bothe hartes alone
To set in one
Best semyth me.
For when one sole
Ys in the dole

Then helpe must have
Hymselfe to save
And love to optayne.
Wherfore now we
That lovers be
Let us now pray
Onys love sure
For to procure

Wher love so sewith,
Ther no hart rewith
But condyscend;
Yf contrarye,
What remedy?

I'd rather say it's Modern English with (nowadays) atiquated orthography.

[@Sciera] may help us.
Since Henry VIII lived in the XV, the language spoken was Middle-English (ish), but it seems like an actualized version of the original poem…

Thanks for your trust Wink smile

Hm, I'm not very good in Middle English - if it was Old English I could tell you immediately, but with this I'm not entirely sure. It could very well be Middle English, but I'd also not be surprised if it's modernized.
