Thanks! I listened to this song on repeat for the last few days, and thought about the lyrics a lot more, and found a few more things I would like to correct, this song just deserves it.
First one is just a small difference, but anyway I would say that instead of:
今日は雨上がり Today after the rain, it should be: Today the rain stopped

But this second one is a big change in meaning:
‘自分だけが思っている’ ‘It’s just my own thinking’
The verb 思う has a nuance of ''loving, caring / thinking about someone romantically" which isn't written in most dictionaries, but is obvious from the related words　片思い or 両思い = one-sided love or mutual love. So this sentence should be translated as:
'It is only me that is loving'

And as this is part of a sentence of the next line:
感じると泣きたくなる I want to cry when I feel this way
it would be more natural to switch the order of the sentences around in English, as in Japanese the quote goes in front, but in English it goes last:
I want to cry when I feel:
'it is only me that is loving'
But of course if you want to translate each line as close as possible, the solution to put in "this way" does work.
