1) 'снова' means 'again' and doesn't mean 'even now'.
'even now' = 'даже теперь' . Simply I cannot feel meaning 'even now' in 'encore'.
Encore = еще (more) / снова (again )
2) I don't remember the formal rules of Russian, because I'm not linguiste neither schoolboy.
maybe you are right in this context. Now I'll correct the sentense.
1)
'still' = 'ещё/всё ещё'.
For ex. ''I still love you" = 'Я всё ещё люблю тебя' = 'je t'aime encore'
note - in this case the position of word 'ещё' is important. It must be before the verb.
That is 'я люблю тебя еще' is not desireble.
2) For you are native Frenchman, and you persist on the meaning of 'encore' = still
I'll once more correct the text.
3) Just now I've remembered an old Soviet film titled "Анкор, ещё анкор'
Наконец-то и русский перевод. Спасибо.

Thank you, dear Mr Neko.
1) maybe you are right, but translation 'encore' as 'еще'/'снова' is typical.
Of course, in the artistic text there's a wide range of choices.
2) after verb 'хотеть' (to want) nouns may be used in Gen., for example - Я хочу любвИ и покоЯ.
Best regards, Sergey
