Hey there! I've updated the source lyrics and applied some corrections:

1) In the chorus, the following part, […] sei bella in questo momento, più bella […], should be […] sei bello in questo momento, più bello […];

2) The fourth stanza (the first one after the chorus) changes the gender pronouns as well: Quando tu, tu l'hai visto, / sei cambiata, / ti sei illuminata. should be Quando tu l'hai vista, / sei cambiato, / ti sei illuminato.;

3) After the second chorus there were two missing stanzas which I've added: Giorni belli, / primavera sempre. / Fino a ieri / i tuoi pensieri / eran tutti per me. and E vedo te che ridi, / sento ancora l'eco. / Io che gioco, / i tuoi sorrisi / e le tue carezze per me.

4) At the end of the song the chorus is repeated for the third time.
