The Different Story (World of Lust and Crime) текст
I'm so lonely on my way,
Waiting for a better day.
Only one thing left behind:
A world of lust and crime.
There's no place for me to hide.
I don't know what's wrong or right.
Pain and sorrow in my mind;
A world of lust and crime.
See the wise man in the graveyard;
Scream and cry the different story.
Lonely people in his old park
Know the answer just for everything.
Love turns a friendly card.
With a different story it'll open your heart.
Forever love is a dangerous game.
You don't have to worry 'cause it's easy to play.
There's a chance for me and you,
Making all our dreams come true.
Trust enough and you won't find
A world of lust and crime.
See the wise man in the graveyard;
Scream and cry the different story.
Lonely people in his old park
Know the answer just for everything.
Love turns a friendly card.
With a different story it'll open your heart.
Forever love is a dangerous game.
You don't have to worry 'cause it's easy to play.
See the wise man in the graveyard;
Scream and cry the different story.
Lonely people in his old park
Know the light of hope and glory.

The album was produced by Michael Cretu, and was released on October 25, 1988.
With the exception of this song, much of the album from which it came was described as "bland, downbeat techno-pop" sounding much like "Major Tom". The song contains pleasant female vocals of Susanne Müller- along with boisterous singing from Schilling himself.
While the video was a top ten pop hit in Sweden, the album from which it came did not fare as well likely due to the previously released tracks on the album. The song did however, reach No. 16 on the Billboard Dance chart and was his most recent pop hit in the United States, reaching No. 61 on the Hot 100 in 1989.
