I have no idea how or why YouTube bans certain songs in certain countries. I send a YouTube song to someone in Russia, and it was banned there. Most often in the USA a song is banned due to some copyright reason that the original country doesn't have an agreement with to the other country. But, really, only YouTube knows that stuff.

I doubt it's "vagina". But, I speak Mexican Spanish, and this is Castilian, and I can't hear the song anyway, because it was banned in the USA. Their accent is sometimes hard to understand, and they use some different words that we don't here, like "vosotros". But, by Mexican standards, it does sound a little like "vagina" LOL.
But, they wouldn't ban a song here in the USA because it says "vagina" in it. LOL. They say much worse things here in songs. Generally only a song is banned if its content includes murdering someone, or other serious acts of violence.
"Lo que me duele no es verte de nuevo" - Seeing you again is not what hurts me.
