I added a new artist and requested a translation. I then read I need to make a request for a transcription of the song before I make a translation request of the song. Now when I try to make a request for a transcription of the song I am taken to the artist I added and the system won't add my transcription request. I'm also reading I can't delete my original translation request so that it will accept my transcription request.
You're right, if you don't have lyrics, you should request a transcription first.

And about your problem, I've unpublished your empty lyrics, and now you can request a transcription.
thank you. I was able to find a transcription of the dutch lyrics on the internet, so I have done a new request for just a translation from dutch to english.
