I think it makes sense to make this collection Russian sign language only. And to rename it accordingly for Russian folks.
There are plenty of American sign language translations on LT.

Hm. OK. let's try this way)
We can always switch back to the international format.

You always could do two collections. IMHO, most of folks would learn only one sign language, right?
And since your collection was entitled in English, it would be useful for quite a lot of folks.
I'm just trying to help, but it is your decision and your collection.

I guess it is about time to add Russian Sign Language.

As far as I remember, such a question arose once, but stalled by the fact, that we don't have people who could verify such translations.
Actually, this is one of the reasons for the collection) I am fascinated by such translations, despite the fact that I don't know RSL. And this kind of publication, somehow, justifies such translations)

Good job, Lizzz.
Yeah I've read this tread(s), where ASL-fluent guys asked not to post sign translations if you're not fluent enough.
IMHO, this collection is better than nothing.
