Thank you so much for your precious comment dear Fantasy. I chose this Persian word for 2 reasons:
1. Although the word "Khanjar zanha" seems somehow odd to an average Persian speaker, yet the English and Persian words exactly match to one another (literally).
2. Considering the very tragic and fiurious tone of the lyric where the author deeply condemns the "Backstabbers", I felt I have to use a corresponding tragic word in Persian, i.e. Khanjar zanha. Your suggested word, i.e, "Naro zanha" is also a good word and more usual than mine, yet to me, in terms of its degree and weight of tragic, it seems a bit less tragic, cuz Naro zadan means to cheat, deceive, play trick, act double-standard (two-face)..etc., but stabbing smells more tragic as it implies killing, bloodshed, and that is done fron the back which reflects the maximum degree of villainy and deception. You know sometimes it's just a matter of different tastes.
However, if you like me to use your suggested word, I'm ready to change it.
Thanks again for your sincere comment.

سلام. گمانم ترکیب سادهتری برای
backstabbing
نارو زدن» باشد. همچنین در زبان مازنی «ناروزن» به معنی»
backstabber
