I'm not sure if that's what's said in the song. From what I'm aware of it sounds like they say something like "Господи помилуй нас" instead (they could be saying "вас" at the end but it sounds to me more like "нас").

Fair enough, I'll try and listen to a few different versions of the song to confirm. The studio version I think is harder to make out but a live version made it sound like "Господи помилуй нас" (granted though, I speak no Slavic languages but can read Cyrillic plus I think I read a few versions of the lyrics which say that, which could very well be influencing my hearing of it as such)

So from further listens I do believe I can see where you're coming from on it
The lyrics are mostly based on the text of the Trisagion (and prayers before it), that are slightly changed and turned inside out (the "You" and "I" pronouns are switched places), so the vocalist speaks on behalf of God.
P.S.: the NIV Bible translation and the English text of the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom was used for the lyrics "translation".
