Special Day
I don't know if it's really late for you,
I want to challenge that which is comfortable
It's useless to pretend any longer
I don't know, how fleeting your error is,
I already forgave you
I overtook the hands of the clock
The tear dried,
The storm moved away,
Beating like the sun,
My heart has no age
To wait for you
This is a special day,
I want to believe in a second chance.
We took a fatal leap
And today I see a lighthouse in the darkness again
Already I'm not as confused as I was yesterday,
Wishful thinking leads only to disappointment
And it's so easy to fall
A world in which I believed,
The eternal and the fleeting,
I'd rather end it although you hide the truth from me, more vulnerable
Beating like the sun
My heart has no age...
Special day, aaah ooh ahhh ahhh

Russia is waging a disgraceful war on Ukraine. Ukrayna'nın Yanında Olun!
"Ilusión" is a tricky word to translate. It's sort of like anticipation of something or looking forward to something. It can also mean a hope, a dream, or wishful thinking. I've taken it to mean the latter in this context, but other meanings could certainly apply as well.
Also, the name of the song, "Día especial," could also have multiple meanings. "Especial" typically means "special," but it is also possible for it to mean "impossible" or "trying."
"Otra oportunidad" could also mean "another chance/opportunity." Additionally, "un salto mortal" could mean a somersault (though I'm not sure how well that would apply given the context), or a fatal leap. The phrase "volver + a + infinitive" means to do something again. Also, the part about "like the sun" probably refers to the speaker's heart's age rather than its beating. I'm not sure it would make sense for something to beat like the sun! :) Hope this helps, and if you've got questions, please feel free to ask!
