Any European Portuguese Speaker, help with a line in lyrics

I know the lyrics are available on internet but in the time frame I previously provided the singer says something like é... Fazer... Pobres..
And that is the sentence I am unable to make out.

Dhani, indeed so far, strangely, we don't have a Portuguese forum. At the moment questions like this one are usually posted on "Other Languages" forum. That's not the best place, cos people may not notice it here.

That's true, I never understood why we have no Portuguese forum or even a Romance languages one. Maybe we should ask the Admins to open one as Romance speakers are, I dare say, at least 15% of the general public of LT...
