C’è un posto nel mondo
 
C’è un posto nel mondo
dove il cuore batte forte,
dove rimani senza fiato,
per quanta emozione provi,
dove il tempo si ferma
e non hai più l’età;
quel posto è tra le tue braccia
in cui non invecchia il cuore,
mentre la mente non smette mai di sognare.

Mi piace la gente
 
Mi piace la gente che sa ascoltare
il vento sulla propria pelle,
sentire gli odori delle cose, catturarne l’anima.
Quelli che hanno la carne
a contatto con la carne del mondo.
Perché lì c’è verità, lì c’è dolcezza,
lì c’è sensibilità, lì c’è ancora amore.

Tu non sai...
 
Tu non sai che il pensiero di una donna
è piu veloce di un viaggio.
Mi hai rinnegato molte volte
e mi hai rimandata indietro di mille anni.
Così oggi ti chiudo la strada e ho un vigile
sempre pronto che ti sbarra il mio cuore.

There is a place in the world
where your heart beats fast,
where you're left breathless,
so strong is the emotion you feel,
where time stops
and your age is gone;
that place lies in your arms
where your heart doesn't age,
while your mind never stops dreaming.

I like people who can listen
to the wind on their own skin,
people who can smell things, capture their soul.
Those whose flesh
touches the world's flesh.
Because there lies truth, sweetness,
sensitivity, there still lies love.

are faster than a journey.
You repudiated me many times
and you sent me back a thousand years.
