Drinking Song

At night, I was drunk
In a rare hole
I sank in it right away
Formerly, it seems I'm still drinking

I wanted to prop with both arms
Myself out of the round hole
The stubborn hands did not want to see the
Funny mug fall into the ground

Out of hole's dirt crawled bad creatures
And just before I knew
they gnaw away all my flesh
And just the bones are left

That text is not easy. It is written like it's quite old (200 years or so) so I'm not sure whether I understand everything of it right, too.

But you did two mistakes that I'm sure of:
"The stubborn hands did not want to see the
Funny mug fall into the ground"
" they gnaw away all my flesh"

The rest seems to be right.
Perhaps "Loch" is slang for "filthy pub" (it can sometimes be used in that meaning nowerdays but I'm not sure if that's what is meant here).
And "selten" might mean "strange".
"Weiland" (and expression not used anymore) meant something like "once upon a time", "in the old days", not just "formerly". Well, at least afaik.
